Mill Street runs east from the High Street, opposite Silver Street in the centre of Bedford town.
Number 38 was believed to have been built in 1760 and occupies a location on the north side just opposite the famous "Bunyan Meeting" chapel, gardens and museum.
Its last use was as the Citizen's Advice Bureau but fell into disrepair over recent years until investment from Bedford Borough Council and EEDA helped revive it for the growing business community.
