"This system reminds me very much of being in university, where mental peace is encouraged. I would think technical companies would be very interested in these premises. I'm finding I can work much better here, so it seems to me the same would apply to other companies where people have to spend a long time thinking in order to get anything done!
Besides having all the infrastructure taken care of, you always have a meeting of people; a meeting of minds so you have synergy from people who are doing similar things or who have advice to give...it's a pool of knowledge, not just an infrastructure...that can be drawn on every day"
